Joining the project post-construction, our team elevated this condo's design. Through strategic light demolition, we adjusted electricals and finishes. Our client sought an elevated, individualistic approach, challenging the standard white box condo. Custom millwork, upholstery, wall coverings, and bespoke furniture transformed the space. Embracing sophisticated, playful masculinity, the design integrates a color palette inspired by the bay's beauty. The result is a distinctive, seamlessly flowing condo that immerses residents in a floating-on-the-bay ambiance.
